+ I love everything about this hoover, the main thing being that it can cope with all our dog and cat hair, you really feel it leaves nothing behind. The removeable cylinder is a fantastic feature with our steep stairs!

+ Amazing suction!! Most of our floors are wood or tiles and it cleans them very well. Switch the brushes on when on carpets and you wont believe what it sucks up!!

- Ehm...the container for dust etc. could maybe be bigger but that's not a problem if you vaccuum clean regularly.

+ My old vax broke so I borrowed my mum's bissell and thought it was so good I ordered one for myself. The suction is brilliant and amazingly it works on wooden floors unlike other vacuums that claim to.
