+ I like the hands free phone which came with it, that is very handy to take into the garden. I also like the light on the top which indicates a call. This is good as I am experiencing difficulty with my hearing. Would recommend.

- The storage of telephone numbers in the memory (phone book) and the operation and cancellation of the caller list are NOT the easiest to use!

Can leave answer facility on permanently - if you pick up receiver it cancels recording message. - great plus.
Great storage of favourite numbers

- Very light - when picking up hand set from answer phone - moves about and wobbles - needs to be a bit more heavier.
Ordinary ring tone not very loud. so used an alternative ring tone which you can get from this phone.

+ Large numbers

- For hard of hearing volume could be higher. The answerphone digits could be clearer

+ Got good choice of ring tones. Easy handfree set.

- Takes quite a while to set up and understand.

+ Overall ease of use,setting up,value etc. all good.Purchased for very elderly relative who manages to use this phone with only slight difficulty.

- Setting up for use of memory functions needs to be done by a competent person.

+ Very easy to use and set up. Liked the idea of a combo as, if battery ran out on handset then the base could still be used.

- Looks a bit clumsy, sound quality isn't too great in some instances (although fine in most cases).
