- Buttons are very small if you cannot see well or have large fingers - probably not suitable for an older person.

- One of the phones that we have seems to be very quiet even though the volume is turned up high. Can't retreive messages, very complicated!

- Buttons are very small and can be quite hard to use. Sound quality isn't amazing but is adequate.
