- Cannot master changing the ring tone on the corded phone,but never mind still like the phone a lot.

+ large numbers on the base set, easy to see. different ring tones for stored numbers lets you know who it's for!

- sound on hands free is a bit 'tinny'

+ has a corded phone and a cordless one which is what i wanted
fairly easyto set up and use

- main phone is very light and feels astho it will break very soon (we'll wait and see)

+ Hand connected hand set is a little on the light side and can slip off the hook if you're not careful.

+ wanted phone with cable as kids keep leaving the cordless ones all over the house and they keep breaking when battery runs out

- the main base set is very light weight wise, and when you go to pick up it moves about the table, could do with being heavier to make it more steady
