+ I love the design, easy to clean, double oven.

- I am not used to the grille being lower as our last oven, which we had had for 12 years, had an eye level grille so if you are using the grille at the same time as the oven it can sometimes be awkward to check the food in the oven when the grille is in use but that is something that we just need to get used to. The shelves in the oven and grille do not slide out very smoothly and sometimes catch.

+ Good hob burners. Grill ok. Overall we're pleased with it.

- Be aware of the hot air from the oven doors especially the top oven when on high number.

+ The double ovens work well. The 'continental' buttons take a bit of getting used to but this doesn't really take long, and being able to simmer without fear of inadvertently turning off the gas is great. The product looks nice too.

- One or two of the gas rings sometimes don't light immediately. I haven't had the appliance long enough to know how easy it is to clean, particularly the ovens.

+ Overall a fantastic oven. Cooks brilliantly; to perfection. Can't really fault it.

- The only thing that is missing is an oven light. Other than that it was a agreat purchase and I would recommend it to anyone.

- the knobs heat up when the grill is in use

+ What i really liked about this product is that when the lid is down the control knobs will not turn at all so in my eyes that an extra safety feature.

- The fan comes on as soon as you open the grill door, not when the oven is in use.
The handle for the grill is all metal which gets hot as you're using the grill

+ Really lovely looking oven for very decent price. I shopped around a lot and this came out tops. Great to cook on - very fast heat up on hobs. Good size with the two ovens and lovely to have a seperate grill. Brilliant child safety feature as the knobs don't turn when the glass top is down. Glass top is good as it gives an extra preparation surface when not cooking and helps keep the cooker clean. Oven doors have glass you can slide out for easy cleaning. I love it!

- No light in ovens, nothing to stop oven shelves from coming out when you pull out trays. Control panel with the knobs on gets warm when the oven is on (but not so that you would burn yourself...) Takes a while for the bottom oven to heat up, but that's normal for gas...

+ Looks good. Easy to operate. Lid with cut off for gas hob useful with kids.

- No light in oven. Brushed steel shows up watermarks so needs buffed with shining clothe to look good.

i bought 2 extra racks as i do loads of baking but only the top rack bakes evenly,while the lowest rack takes forever.

The top oven throws out heat from where you put the door up can be extreemley hot.

+ This cooker is the best I have ever had. The style and performance is second to none. It looks good and best of all cleans so easily. Food doesn't seem to stick to the hob and it cleans with just a wipe of a damp cloth - Absolute heaven!! Cakes cook nice and evenly in the oven.

- I don't call this a bad point, but from a personal point of view, I would have liked two large rings, one medium and one simmer on the hob, rather than the two medium ones, but it's not really a problem.

+ It is easy to keep clean especially the glass which can be removed from the doors of the two ovens.
It is very efficient and looks good!

- When removing grill from shelf (ie to take off toast) the grill is placed on the top oven door as a shelf. This shelf is too small for the depth of the grill.

+ stylish, excellent toast, food cooked evenly, easy to clean

- If cooker already warm from previous use cannot relight, have to use matches. Used to eye level grill so grill door being open when in use is not good when toddlers are about. Takes longer to cook/toast in comparison to old cooker. Fan is really annoying when finished cooking. It goes on more than suggested 15 minutes so have taken to turning it off. Had to say goodbye to whistling kettle in order to put down glass lid. May seem to be a lot of points but am adjusting from old cooker and nevertheless am very pleased with the cooker overall.

+ This oven is very good, very spacious for cooking for a family of four, I have had no problems with it at all, and would certainly recommend it to other people.

+ A straightforward, no frills cooker without useless features that you don't use (eg timers) and that break down. It looks good, easy to clean and is very pleasing to use. I use my cooker every day so although I've only had it a few weeks it's already been well tested.

- The glass in the top oven gets hot when the lower oven is on.

+ As you can see from the ratings above I am generally very pleased

- I have been unable to simmer very gently on any of the gas hobs.
The side panel of the oven seems prone to marking if the ovens are on

- wrong handle sent for toast rack, having to use oven gloves to operate. Bottom oven door stained seems to be ingrained, will not clean from the outside!!

- only bad point.......difficult to do a very slow simmer....cooking rice, saucepan tends to boil over.
