- knobs don't seem to be very strong, no indication as to which way to turn. Glass lid needs to be slightly longer towards the front to grab a hold and lift. I had a belling previously with a glass lid and this was easier to grab on to.

- The gas doesn't flow evenly on the hob and the lid clicks as you open it.

+ Being duel fuel it's one of the easiest cookers i've ever used, instant heat on the hob and a conrollable temp in the ovens! Double over is always a bonus!

- Stupid grill at the rear of the hob, allows things to fall down the back. whats the point?!

- Not realy clear on the dials as to which is top oven and which is bottom ,or how the grill worked.only found this out as my mother was intrested in purchasing one but said she wasn't going too,because of that reason. Although she would proberly get use to it.

+ After having a gas cooker for many years I had this new cooker it cooks efficiently and with having the fan oven at the bottom and a smaller oven at the top its great for entertaining. Cooks evenly. It is a nice stylish cooker

- I had been used to a timer but my old gas cooker never cooked to the time anyway, but I have to remember to look at the clock if I want to time anything.

+ Great product first time I have had a dual fuel oven.The fan oven is fantastic and very quiet I had a zannussi previous to this oven and must say it really is just as good.

- The only bad point is the stainless steel door frames show every mark and cleaning is a constant job it just irritates me if there is a tiny mark and then you have to clean and polish but this is cosmetic and I just find it irritating.
