- I bought the router with the belief that it would be easy to set up and compatible with my AOL broadband connection. Two days, 3 Belkin helpline calls and 2 AOL customer service calls later, I gave up. It was useless, it would not connect to the internet no matter what we tried.

- not as easy to install as led to believe - had to pay professional to install thus costing more money

+ easy to set up, with very fast connection speed. only problem was setting it to my Internet settings, but I got this info from my internet provider and it was so easy to do with the correct info.

- If its left on for a few days, sometimes, you cannot connect to the internet. Not a problem, as I usually switch it off when im not online.

+ Very easy to use and install it really does what it says on the box just plug in and go. signal strenght is superb can use anywhere in house.

- every now and then I have to unplug it and re plug it back in to get a connection. after doing this it allways works second time.
