- Wash 9 out of 10 times is wet after a wash and needs to be spun again ,, only one quick wash at 30 mins and then all the rest take ages.

+ The price was the reason I bought it because my old machine broke down while I was off work with cancer and wasnt being paid so money was extremely tight at the time, but really regret not spending more and getting a better product. Plan to save up once Im back at work and buy another machine asap but will pay attention to cycle times and other features which Ive came to expect as standard with my old machines which have always been hotpoints up till now.

- It takes far too long for a wash cycle, it sometimes doesnt spin properly if you put two large bath towels in together, it doesnt give you an indication of how far through the cycle the wash is (just a light to tell you its finished) and therefore you cant tell if its worth hanging on to take washing out machine before going out.

- Cycle Times are very long (in the region of 2.5hrs for a full wash cycle) UNLESS you chose the half hour quick wash (whihc in my opinion does just as well as the long cycle).

- The manual bears no relation to the product. The descriptions of the cycles in the manuals are very difficylt to work out . After 30 days it filled the house with smoke and I have had to call the engineer out.

+ I'm really pleased with my Beko Washing Machine. It uses far less water than my old machine, it's quiet and everythng comes out lovely and clean, including my husbands work jeans. It's a great machine, and even has a setting for a half hour wash for one worn items. It's just great.
