- Often have to repeat the starting procedure. I think it is because the wash you select is often not 'registered' I had to reread instructions several times when I first had the washing machine as I could not get it to start first time.

- You have to manually change the programme after if has completed the rinse cycle to the spin cycle. I did not realise that there were machines that did not automatically do a full cycle, it is very inconvenient that you have to manually turn on the spin cycle after every wash has finished.

+ it's was value for money you don't hear it when it is on it washes the clothes alot better .i would recommend this this product to any one.

+ Handwash cycle is very useful to me, it is very user friendly and clear instructions on what setting to use.

- cycle times are longer than my previous machine and sadly - although this is a perk for a more expensive machine, you cannot tell how long is left on a cycle, this means you have to note the time it went on - not the end of the world though.

- Takes 180 minutes to do a 40 degree wash (5 kg max), so not good for everyday use if you wash everyday as takes too long. Dial stays where it is without spinning round so you don't know what part of the programme its on. Don't really need 3 rinses either. Also fabric conditioner part of drawer leaks all down front of machine.
