- The cycle times are twice as long as my old washing machine which I'd had for 12 years.

- A wash cycle almosst two hours long although don`t really find this a problem as just put it on early morn. There are shorter wash cycles you can use

- I pircahsed this for my elederly mother and In reality the machine is not simple to use and the handbook is very poor. It is very difficult to work out how to do a complete a wash cycle. Why does the machine not go from wash to rinse and then spin without having to push another button. This is basic on all machines that i have had before.

- There does not seem to be anything between the 30 minute cycle and two hours but the 30 minute cycle spins really well.

+ it was a reasonable price is simple to use and can take a big load .
- if you want to spin after a wash you seem to have to turn the washer of and on again to reset it to the spin cycle .

Whats the piece of string for that you have to pull on the front? pulled mine till it snapped but could not see or feel antything happen? Not explained?
Noisy if slightly out of balance load.
Lonnnnnggggg time to cycle, the first empty wash at 90 deg took forever.

Very easy to use. Cycle choice good, especially low temperature washes. Good value for money.
Quiet even during spinning cycle.
- Wash cycles still seem to take a long time.
