- had to send first machine back due to acrid smell.
Can still smell it a bit on the second one, but not so bad.

- WASH CYCLES ARE TOO LONG AND IT DES NOT GIVE YOU THE OPTION OF CHOOSING YOUR OWN SETTINGS. I.E A SHORT CYCLE CAN ONLY BE A COLD WASH. MY OLD MACHINE YOU COULD SET ANY TEMPERATURE TO ANY WASH.

+ Its a brilliant washing machine and does exactly what's required. And it is quiet, this quite a consideration when you live in a flat or maisonnette. I am delighted with it.

- the instuction book could have been better ,It should tell you to hold the pulse button for three seconds then press again to start it up for every wash ,it took my son to work that out as i could not use it at first.

+ The machine is very easy to use, you really don't need to refer to the instruction book more than once. It's very quiet during operation and does exactly as it says on the can.

- Lower spin speed does leave your washing a little damp, otherwise pretty good.

+ The washing machine has a small drum which is ideal as a single person. The 30 minute wash is fantastic and very economical.

- If you wish to have a longer wash (e.g 30 degree wash), you then have an approx 2 hour cycle. This is not too much of a hindrence but would have preffered a slightly shorter cycle.

- length of wash cycle doesn't spin clothes well enough , have to put it back on spin after every wash , does not hold as much washing as my last machine even though same size.

+ very efficient at a lower temperature and the 30 minute cycle is perfect for most of my needs
