+ Decent dishwasher for almost no money, plus it's AAA rated. What more do you want? I've had 2 in 6 years and would have another - the first died due to hard water as opposed to poor quality.

- Top basket is badly designed. Its hard to put cups mugs and plates saucers etc in Bottom shelf is fine.
Its a small price to pay for a low price machine, but one which could be easily rectified.

+ Plenty of space between the tops of plates and the spinner in the lower compartment. So less chance of snagging the top spinner preventing washing of the top compartment

- This product has been designed down to a price and it tends to show in the quality of the construction. The machine works well and does the job.

- The biggest gripe is the sliding racking ~ very poor for secure stacking of glasses, esp tall and stemmed wine glasses and cups ~ they tend to fall over when the racks are slid into place, unlike our previous machines.

- It can take 2 hours or more for a normal wash due to it's A rating. Difficult to get mugs to stand up if put in the side trays.

+ Very efficient, quiet dishwasher that gets everything clean and we haven't even used the full mode yet. Well built and easy to use.

- Top tray doesn't hold large glasses upright very well - only an issue when user is being careless though, once filled, everything is happily cleaned.

+ Sopports in bottom basket have the ability to lie flat which enables large item to be washed with easy.

+ Easy to use. Short cycle washes items well, so only takes half an hour saving water and energy. Good value for money dishwasher. Loads lots of items easily.

- Not a great layout inside for stacking dishes especially if using for a family with lots of dishes regularly. I don't like the top rack in particular as it is not flat and is awkward for loading mugs or tall glasses as these have a tendancy to fall over.

+ PRICE! PRICE! PRICE!!! Unfussy with only 4 programmes but, most importantly, it gets the job done. Our last fancy Hoover had more programmes than you could shake a stick at but we only ever used 3 of them. Why pay for stuff you don't use. Loading this dishwasher is very easy, the top rack is particularly well designed and accommodates hi-ball tumblers, wine glasses etc with ease. It even has hinged plastic brackets that adjust to hold items securely - no flipped-over glasses full of murky water at the end of a cycle.

- No 1/2 load option.

+ Great value for money, good energy rating, good washing at low temperature / short time

- Bottom loading tray doesn't stay out for lloading and keeps rolling back into the machine

- The top shelf stacker could have been designed much better, glasses dont stand up properly and you end up having to wedge mugs and glasses to stand upright.

- The tilted glass racks are an absolute nightmare and has caused several broken glasses.

- Tall glasses fall over on top shelf as there is no way of securing them. Items sometimes come out quite wet and there seems to be alot of condensation left in the machine but on the whole a very good buy.

+ Top tray has wide open space which is good for large bowls etc.

- Some holes in the cutlery basket are too small and cutlery with wide handles are difficult to fit in. To use two of the three programmes there is a pre-wash and you need to put sone powder into a separate small compartment so if you are using tablets you need to buiy powder as well to use these programmes In the top tray where you stand glasses the two edges are dipped and mugs and glasses do not stand up properly.

- The place/plate layout is extremely difficult to utilise. They are too narrowly placed and there are no places for glasses. Had I known this in advance, I wouldn't have bought it.

+ Well built, cleans everything well and is simple to use. The fact that it has a simple operating system, with basic features is a plus in my book, as it has fewer things to go wrong. Previously had a Hotpoint with many features (most of which I never used) that I had fixed twice and finally gave up fixing on the third occaison.

- It isn't brilliant at drying - the odd item requires a quick wipe over - however; its good points far outweigh this issue.

I like the adjustable side racks on the top shelf. Cleans well on all settings. As a single Dad with a teenage son at home it gets plenty of use with dirty plates left to dry for a couple of days which though dried on hard come up nice and clean.

- Tall glasses will not stand up very well. slightly noisey at a couple of stages thru the cycle but only for a few mins, but not excessively.

- if you have not got enough plates on bottom shelf to hold the door down it can raise itself,if your not facing it and turn to it you end up cracking your shin on it, so always load bottom shelf first, once you get use to it's a very good and easy machine to use.
