- 1. The door storage space is poorly designed with just two spaces for cartons of milk or bottles yet there is ample free space available but no compartments to take more. Also the small compartments at the bottom of the door are too small.
2. The bottle rack is poorly designed in that a bottle of sparkling wine will collide with the door compartments unless the rack is positioned in one slot only leading to poor utilisation/flexibility of fridge produce management.

+ the wine rack is a good idea as is the milk, bottle holder in the fridge door it keeps 2ltr milk containers very secure.

- The capacity of the freezer is small and its arkward to refill the cold water dispencer in the fridge door.

+ Good value for money,very pleased overall with both fridge and freezer. Well designed and not to bulky looking.

- When fridge door opens for a while a gushing of water is heard for a minute or so, which can be annoying.

- Although the fridge is large, the shelving arrangement inside does not maximise best use of the space. Remember that because there is a drinks cooler on the inside of the door, you lose storage space. With a bit of juggling though I'm getting to utilise the space alot better.

- When you change the door opening from left to right the door does not shut easily.

- Capacity is restricted due to in door water storage and shallow depth but that is to be expected

+ Freezer is roomy, we've had no problems with the product.

- The fridge feels a bit like it could have been designed better and seems to get full easily. The fan also makes some strange whirring noises at night. But we are very pleased with it on the whole.

+ its a fridge freezer and its cheap . does what is says on the packet. I dont like spending a lot of money on electrical appliances ... would rather spend money on holidays . so if you dont want anything too fancy but does the job buy this (it also looks good as well )

+ Good size capacity for the overal dimensions of the fridge.

- Did not think about the water dispenser taking up value space in the door for tall things such as milk.

+ It was good value for money. I enjoy having the water dispenser in the door and do drink more water as a result.

- The shelves are in fixed positions and the first adjustable shelf is too close to the fixed shelf above the salad holders. The shelves also have rounded ends at the back so you cannot push things to the back which is annoying. On my previous fridge this feature was squared off so the whole of the shelf could be used.

+ It looks really stylish in my kitchen. The water dispenser is really handy and normally is only found on bigger and more expensice models. The bottle racks and juice holders in door are very good.

- It would be even better with a separate section in the middle of the fridge that holds dairy produce such as cheese and meats.(chiller cabiner or drawer).

+ Plenty of room in the fridge which was what I wanted. Bottle rack is very useful and there is capacity to store jams, pickles, sauces etc plus the small containers in the door are great for little bits and pieces. The cold water dispenser is excellent although could be a bit bigger as the water needs refilling regularly in my house! The ice tray in the freezer was an added bonus that I didn't know about and is a great idea.

- The bottle rack could be bigger to take two litre bottles more comfortably, other than that - nothing!

- Very awkward to change door to left hinge. Screws could have been normal instead of star headed, and most were stuck in thier sockets. Instructiuoin were also very obscure and in some cases, wrong.

+ The fridge looks very stylish and has a good range of shelves and storage options. The water dispenser is a 100% plus, I love it and it's so nice to have a glass of instantly chilled water! It hasn't leaked at all yet (fingers crossed) and although the first time we filled it we did spill a bit we've soon got used to the method. As a couple we don't find we need a huge amount of storage space so this is perfect for us. The wine rack is very useful, and the half-shelf is also quite beneficial as it allows you to store larger bottles/jars of stuff without losing space. Seems to have very efficient cooling, we find it best to have it on about 2-3 on the thermostat which cools it quite well. Am very pleased with the fridge-freezer overall, it is an excellent product and seems solidly built and

- The freezer capacity isn't huge, but then we knew this before we bought it and knew it wouldn't bother us too much. We have a chest freezer as well which we use to store most of our frozen food, and just keep the one in the fridge-freezer to keep day to day items. I wouldn't say a family could survive with just this amount of freezer space, but a single or couple could easily have enough space. No other negatives at the moment.
