+ Tall, good sized fridge with excellent shelving. Water chiller has easy to refill tank. Good ice bank shelf.

- Should not be sold as 10.5 cubic feet, the inside size is much smaller, more like 8.5 c ft. Best in larder or utility as has a definite "hum" when operating. Freezer is smaller than it looks, and draws fall out easily. Two loaves fill a drawer.

+ Great size, ice tray is brilliant and water dispenser good although a bit slow!!

- On the inside of the door, where drinks dispenser is, you have a storage area either side which i had envisaged putting my 4 pts of milk bottles - think again, its too small for that and will only take a 2 pint bottles or carton of juice. Other than that very pleased with it.

- The water chiller takes up half the door space in the fridge so there is no room to put large bottles of anything such as a 4 pint milk carton or 2 litre fizzy drink bottle.

+ Nice design and size. The exterior is slightly cheap looking but the price is cheap and overall I think it's very good value for money. Others of similar style cost a lot more to buy.

- I don't think the fridge space would necessarily be enough for a biggish family because you lose a lot of space for the water dispenser and one of the glass shelves is very shallow. For one person it's very spacious but for four or more you might struggle.

+ Loving this product. Looks great and works well. Very well designed and very cheap to run.

- Some reviewers said the water dispenser is difficult to fill. Using the small flap is tricky but take off the whole lid and it's easy. No need to take the whole dispenser to the tap. An improvement would be to have the door pockets hold a 2 litre bottle. They fit carton well which is fine.

+ Good shelf design (2 and a half shelves), which allows for both tall and small items. Water dispenser in a fridge freezer of this size and cost.

- Water dispenser a little awkward to fill, but I do not have any experience of others.

+ The huge capacity in both the fridge and freezer far exceeds my old one. It has good sized separate salad/veg boxes and the shelving is easy to clean and move around. It is simple to freeze fresh food quickly and to defrost the fridge - by a twist of a dial in the fridge which is easy to reach. I love the water dispenser in the fridge door which is so easy to use and the ice cube tray in the freezer.

- Only one thing is amok, the fridge door will only hold 2 pts of milk or a carton of juice and I would have liked it to hold 4 pts but as there is so much space in the fridge I simply stand it up on the top shelf. I wouldn't have been able to do that in my old fridge/freezer.

+ The build quality is good - solid, steady, but easily openable doors. Design is very good too - the only thing I miss is being able to put the milk container in a door shelf. However the internal storage is excellent, and can be re-arranged as suits the user, so the milk can sit on a shelf quite comfortably - and the smoothies go in the door. Capacity is great. With only two humans and a cat, there's room for everyone's food, and more. The freezer compartments hold enough to feed an army. I can't really judge energy consumption until the energy year is up but it looks very good so far, and if the figures are accurate it's brilliant. Value for money - well, you always want things to be a little cheaper! But it's better value for us than the bigger model/ This one has more freezer space for your money. We all love this fridge - it's the best we've had (in 40 years). The water dispenser is very handy, and saves opening the door and losing energy. It looks coolly smart, no handles to catch your sleeve in. The cat likes being able to walk in from the table and explore . . . no, better not say that! But he does love sitting up on the top and watching the birds through the window. It's a great fridge. If you're in doubt - buy it. I'd be extremely surprised if you regretted it.

- Bad points? Oh dear . . . let me think. The door storage has to fit around the water dispenser, so a jug-type milk container won't fit in. But it will go into the fridge shelf without any problem, and I think it works perfectly well like that, and having the water on tap makes up for it. I can't actually think of a real Bad Point.

- it is difficult to fill the water despenser as the shelf above means that you can not just pour water in, and to take the tank out and fill it is difficult because it is hard to carry when full there is nowhere to grip and open the fridge door at the same time.
another design fault is that there is nowhere in the fridge to fit 4 pints of milk or a two litre bottle.

- Storage in fridge door is poor - will only hold 2 x 2litre cartons so no good for the family size 4 or 6 pint milk cartons!!

- I don't feel that these are bad points but they could be improved.
The space between the shelves to door is minimal as a result of this it is difficult with larg bottles.
The two storage spaces at the bottom of the fridge door is wasted if you still get your milk delivered.

- asa i'd imagine with all refrigerators with drinkss dispenser some space is lost in the door storage area due to the drinks container, otherwise all good

+ Big drawers in the freezer compartment and the small ice cube shelf is an excellent idea. The water container in the door is useful and easy to refill. Decent size fruit and vegetables drawers and the glass shelves make it easy to wipe clean inside.

- Due to the water container being housed in the door it is difficult to store wine sized bottles, therefore a rack would have been very useful.

- One point that is quite major if you love milk is that there really is no where to store more than a 2 pint bottle! reason being the water chiller takes up much of the door space and because of this the fridge too is quite limiting as to how much it can hold!

- No space allocated for bottles of wine in upright position they have to be layed down sideways on shelves

+ Good width so it can fit into smaller space. For the width it still holds alot of food. Easy to clean which of course is a great thing!!

- The only bad point, I feel is the freezer space could be better by having no drawers just compartments with doors and this would give more room for food.

- The capacity inside is rather limited by the design, ie sloping shelves in the frezzer make it impossible to put to much in a draw as when full you cannot open or close it. Wasting capacity.

+ This product was bought for my mum and she is very happy with it, particularly with the water dispenser in the door which she was delighted with.

- Think the only bad point would be that you would not be able to put 6 pints of milk in the shelf on the door but my mum still gets her milk delivered so thats not a problem for her.

Nice style, running noise is a quiet hum.

- Although it has four drawers in the freezer part they are not as big as my old freezer which only had three drawers even though the whole thing is bigger than my old fridge freezer.
Regarding the water dispenser - there is a lift up lid which enables you to fill the water dispenser but with a shelf directly above the water dispenser you cannot use this, a bit daft I thought, so you have to take out the water dispenser completely to fill it up. It isn't a major task but whoever designed it could have done with looking at how much space was above the water dispenser! One other thing, the picture of the model I ordered had two salad drawers, the model I received only had one large salad drawer, I was a bit disappointed but I can live with it!!

+ Love the water dispenser, half shelf is v. useful for smaller items, v. quiet. Slightly less space in the door because of the dispenser, but cleverly designed to maximise the space there is.

- Might just be my fridge but the drip tray for the dispenser is very hard to pull out and once pulled out won't go completely back in again. Freezer drawers are very shallow, so some clever space management is needed to maximise use of freezer.

+ Good overall capacity, quiet running. Shelves and other internal fittings reasonable robust.

+ My last fridge freezer (servis) fell apart within months of buying it (from new) so I can really appreciate the good design of this one. Shelves slot into grooves which makes it more robust. I like the water dispenser feature as I like filtered water and saves filling the fridge with bottles. It doesn't have a handle that will fall off. Just a good sturdy, environmentally and economical fridge freezer at a good price. What more can you ask for?!

- Bought on-line without seeing it and was a bit smaller than expected but that's what you get for buying on-line without seeing it first. Delivery was well below standard but that's a seperate issue.
