+ I am very pleased with this product, which gives good value for money and does everything it promises.

- The only negative I can think of is that there was no facility to screw the earthing strap to the appliance, which meant I had to come up with a make do solution. This shouldn't stop people from buying the appliance as any installer worth their salt should be able to overcome this.
