Excellent product. Much better than any washing machine that I have purchased before.

+ quick to install, easy to use

- has become very noisy when spinning after being very quiet when we first bought it

+ Stylish, Unusual powder drawer as doesn't pull out straight!!! Excellent instructions on discreet tray above powder drawer. Dials for changing, spin speeds, temps and programmes etc neatly push into fascia. Great choice/range of programmes

- Spin cycle bit noisy and cycle times longer than usual unless you use programmes with only half spin cycles but this defeats 1600rpm capacity, therefore need to spin seprately for better drying times!!!

Very good all round machine. Very pleased with product. Consider to be best in range at time on overall specifications and price

+ it is good for every day use becuase of the number 9 setting that last 30 minutes which is very useful when you have small children as many of you might know

- you can not remove the lid to were the conditioner goes to clean

+ Ariston have akways been reliable with our last one lasting 10 years.

- Weakness on door lock sticking making it hard to close door sometimes. This has now been fixed by an engineer.

This a great buy and could not get a better deal even though I worked in a large retailer that sold washing machines and was entitled to a staff discount !!!

- noisier than my last Ariston when it's on a spin but you get use to it.

you can't beat Ariston, we had our last one for 11 years and it was still working although it had a noisy bearing.wouldn't buy anything else!

- Some of the average washes seem excessively long

Had a problem with the machine within a couple of weeks of purchase. The Block inside the machine hadn't been secured properly. An engineer came very quickly and fixed the problem within minutes.

- The washing machine has today gone wrong for the second time. The belt has come off again. I am VERY dissapointed with the machine.

+ High speed spin gets clothes quite dry.

- Initially controls were confusing - had to read the instructions!

- The draining hose has a proprietary fitting at the machine end so it's difficult to fit a generic hose if you need a longer one. Reliability may be an issue as a friend also has this machinbe but has experienced several problems.

This is an effiecient and user friendly machine at a reasonable price.

+ Good selection of programmes, temp and spin settings. Good size drum and door. Soap tray opens to side which makes easier use.

VERY GOOD THE ONLY THING WAS I PURCHASED SEVERAL MONTHS AGO AN ARISTON DISHWASHER TO GO WITH THE WASHING MACHINE BUT THEY ARE DIFFERENT SHADES OF SILVER WHICH NOW LOOKS A BIT ODD

Did not realise Ariston were offering a free 2nd year warranty if product was registered within 28 days.

+ Very easy to use and simple instructions. Pull out drawer where detergaent goes also has all the instructions re what cycle to use printedon it.

+ good size of door for loading washing, easy to programme for washing, and excellent results even on low temp washes.

this is the 1st ariston product i have bought and will look to them again when i need another product. the machine is very quiet even on the fastest spin, and has been a dream to use.

I have the two of these machines now, I bought my first in Turkey to use out there, was so impressed I bought another here to replace my fairly new machine, which was useless.

- Obscure method to operate...to turn it on for instance you have to press two buttons after selecting your wash programme..why?

A reasonable machine at a reasonable price...does the job.
