- Ipod Library and Controls could be updated for easier use, eg, stop & start buttons.

Good, slim design, lightweight for portability and has good sound quality.

- not screen do see what song is going to play. can only charge ipod via computer, need to by extra charger if wanting to charge any where else, e.g. holiday

+ very pleased with the product we bought and if there are any problems with it they will automatically change it over for a new one, if they have one in stock!

- The i pod often locks and we have to wait a day or two before we can get it working again

+ its very handy and light weight.and so easy to use

- had a problem with the soft ware and had to take the lot off my computer then re regester.

very very good love it dont know what i did without one.recomend one to anyone

First MP3 player so totally new to technology - was able to use it straightaway - not at all complicated.
