Smart and easy to use, although you should invest in a cover as the chrome back case scratches very easily

everything is in one place, music, pictures, you can even watch films downloaded from i-tunes, also the apps (games mostly) are great fun.

the wi-fi could be better, my ipod used to connect to my router but since i upgraded to a draft n router the ipod does'nt want to know the router, but thats only a little niggle, i just download through i-tunes on the p.c and sync them to the ipod

A work of art - deserves more than 10 points for design & ease of use. It's larger than most other players, but it is almost all screen, and making it smaller would reduce the attractiveness of the interface. 8GB holds all of our CD collection, so no point in shelling out the sizeable additional cost for 16GB. Getting the album artwork seems to require setting up an iTunes account, complete with credit card details, etc., so I'm going to have to find a way round that. I bought a Belkin leather wallet-type case which works very well.

Only bad point is iTunes - I don't want to download music, and it makes some things I do want to do a bit clunky.

An absolutely terrific piece of high tech equipment. I had considered the Ipod classic for the extra memory but after a demonstration of the Ipod touch there was no contest! I love the touch screen and, as a keen photographer, the screen size is excellent for showing my photographs. Extremely happy with this product.

Verry sleek and smooth, easy to use with a large range of excellent features.

The back gets scratched very easily and a little pricey for 8GB. Also, you have to use iTunes to transfer media.

Very easy to use, sound quality is excellent and seperates all your music down into albums and playlists which are easy to find and select.

Very unreliable. Already within 1 month 2 songs i have purchased have vanished from my iPod. They are still on my iTunes on my pc however it is a pain having to keep plugging it in an syncing over and over even though i have made no changes. Also since i have had my iPod Touch it has crashed and had to be restored 5 times (over once a week). Which means it is totally useless until connected to your pc and restored from iTunes, a process which takes me over 1 hour due to the fact i have 400 songs on my iPod. However i can fit thousands of songs onto the iPod so i dread to think how long it will take me in the future.

It's not obvious that you need to hold down the power button to completely turn the ipod off. If you don't although the screen is blank it's still running in the background - until I realised this the battery went flat overnight

It is a smart and compact. It holds lots of music and video, pictures and much more. Its fun to use and easily transported about.

It took a bit of time to get my cd's onto it, but once i had figured it out its fine.

Great as a gift for a none technical person. The screens are brilliant and they work a treat with Itunes.

As above , sounds great, can get movies now from itunes and you can connect directly to itunes using Wi-Fi aswell as checking emails.

Unless you buy a protective cover the steal casing can be scratched by velcro from a sports arm band and you are forever cleaning greasy finger prints off the darn thing, but it does come with a cleaning cloth.

Purchased 2 apple ipod touch for my children (12 & 7) They have both found it very easy to use and would I highly recommend this product.

pretty much everythings good about it its got all u need on there. the wifis good theres an endleess amount off apps for it. it light, its so easy to use and its pretty fast.

its a little bit to big and most of the time u need to use both hands on it and takes to much space in ur pocket.

Fantastic Little Machine it does so much more than I 1st thought it would. The other day I was at friends house logged straight onto there wireless network watched a few videos on UTube . I logged onto bbc IPlayer and watched last weeek Top Gear it sreamed perfectley not a glitch . It is fantastic !!!

Only wish I would have had the more money to buy one with more Memory =(

Great product, very easy to use and much more than just a mp3 player. 8GB large enough for most people. itunes direct link and Youtube link are fantastic, I can't put it down.

Only that battry life is average, but new model gives 50% better life.

Brillliant product also price. Very easy to use and versatile at home in the car anywhere. Loads of albums family photos and videos when travelling. I use most things on it but I have not linked up to the internet. Its all round GREAT.
