+ Easy to use, nice to look at and great sound quality.

- scratches too easily which is very annoying, since you pay alot of money for just one item. the battery life doesn't last as long as it describes.

overall good product except for the design fault in how easy it is too scratch.

- its very prone to scratches so needs a skin from day one! would have been a good idea to have one included in the price

i am very pleased with it in general, but having seen the ipodvideo, wished i had waited and bought one of those for the little extra they cost

Really nice product executed really badly, the main selling point of an Ipod is the look of it but it looks terrible with all the scratches.

- Scratches and damages very easily, a good protective cover is essential - maybe even two!

+ Battery life is very long. Great volume. Compact and easy to use.

- Charger isn't included in price. Alternative is using computer continuously to charge. Difficult to download music as MP3 tracks need to be converted first. ITunes need to be downloaded first. Easily damaged. Need to buy seperate holder. More accesories should be included.

+ This IPOD is so little and light, even months after having it-I still cant get over how many songs it can store on something so teeny! Sound quality is excellent-earphones that don't hurt my ears (unlike so many walkmans/discmans I've bought in the past).Great picture quality- all in all I couldn't be with out it now!

- As it is just so little, plugging in the charger I have found to be very fiddly as I'm often scared of breaking it. Both the socket and the IPOD charger are rather rigid-handle with care. Buy a carrying case-it only take s seconds to scratch-buy a leather case and not the plastic ones as these tend to attract and hold in dust!

The best way to listen to music on the go.

+ Very easy to use and ideal size to fit in your pocket. Sound quality is excellent.

I think it's a touch expensive but it's money well spend. There are also other application like calendar, contacts, even game and can always be use to transfer any data from on PC to another.

- The battery does become weaker as time goes on, but this is the ONLY problem with this product which is easily sorted.
