No charger, no WMA support, poor earphones, uploading music only possible from own PC (software needed), no editing/deleting without a PC, body and display too easy to scratch

stores lots of music and pictures, small and fits easily into your pocket without being bulky, music volume goes quite loud.

battery runs out quickly, scratches very easily, the screan isn't very strong.

i think the ipod is good overall but it scratches too easily, even when there is nothing else in your pocket.

its really easy to download music and i can get my music to come up straight away

it scratches really easyilly but doesnt affect performence just get a case of something to protect it

Incredibly easy navigation, with the ability to select songs by artist, album or song-title. Haven't used the photo or video facility, as I only really wanted a music player. The improved design is lovely! Delighted with it!

only one bad point, the in car transmitter runs the battery of the ipod down really quickly

the one problem experienced is 'freezing' of the display and 'split screen' we have rectified this with letting the ipod 'run down' and then recharging, but is this normal?

I bought this product for my 15 year old daughter and I can truly say it is very good quality, she can play and listen to her favourite music and she can alos store her favourite photographs on it. Very good product for the money

Nano worked well & looked stylish until very recently (last week).

Screen cracked last week for no obvious reason (it was not dropped & was merely being carried in a pocket).
