Good looking stand with central core to take the weight and well designed shelves.
-
Build instructions were not good. For example, it says to only fit three of the long bolts before fitting the swivel unit hub to the base unit. This makes it difficult to then install and tighten the fourth long bolt. There appears to be no reason why all four long bolts cannot be fitted at the same time. Also, the shelf support sleeves are fitted over the shelf support bars bars then the shelves laid upon them prior to being attached. This meant laying on the floor and reaching awkwardly. There is no reason why the shelves could not be screwed to the shelf support away from the stand and then merely slid along the shelf support bar ready for the final retaining screw. The castors may be a nice thought, but they are no use for carpets as they would dig in, and will probably put dents into a wooden floor. I left the castors off the base so that it sits completely flat on my wooden floor as opposed to five very small points of pressure.
Whilst these may seem negative points they are mainly issues with the order of construction which can be easily resolved with care.

The fact you can swivel the TV by a large amount makes it easy to plug cables in and out on the rear of the tv once set up. Cable management works well. Overall look is great and due to shelf size it has fitted evrything i have put on it with ease. I have a large Sony Amp/receiver which weighs a ton on one and you wouldn't know as the shelf shows no sign of flexing.
-
The screw/ nut kits are all mixed up. the longest part of the assembly was sorting the ones needed. Just for info the kits you receive is a standard kit so don't be worried that there are parts left over.

Solid construction and quality parts. You just know it's not going to collapse under the weight of a large screen.
The finish is of a very high standard.
Instructions easy to follow.
Rollers on the base mean it's easy to manouvre into place.

A little on the pricey side, there are cheaper options.

It looks great with my gloss black Samsung 40" LCD. swivel head on the top is great as I can swivel it to my chair if playing my Xbox360 and turn it back for general veiwing when doing TV or Films. There are wheels under the stand which are a godsend for moving it around but I dont think this would work as well if I had carpet instead of wood floors.
-
Takes a fair bit of time to construct and there are alot of small parts that can get lost under the sofa if your not careful. (speaking from experience). Watch you dont make the cables to the TV too tight as you need to allow for rotation of the TV. I had to cut alot of cable ties because of this but that is no fault of the stand just my poor skills and lack of forsight.

It looks fantastic compared to standard plasma stands. It also gives a viable option if you don't want to mount your screen on the wall. The cable management system is good to tidy up the rear and the whole thing has a very high quality feel to it.
It comes very well packaged and having the screen able to tilt is great where my stand did not give offer this.

Looks wise the TV sits at the front which leaves a large space at the back, OK for us as the unit sits in a recess but may not suit all!

a unique product, which has been very well designed and cleverly adapted to do everything one could possibly want from a tv stand. It has enough shelf space for all the possible extras one would require. I would say it exceeds the term fit for purpose and would highly recommend this product. It can also be moved around easily making it quite versatile.
-
labels could be included to identify the screws inside the bags and the screws could be packed in more bags so as to make identification more simple during assembly. Although if one reads the instructions carefully it is obvious which screws belong where, but it does take time to work out. Although I had no difficulty in assembling the stand I can imagine that some people could find it challenging.

This is actually an attractive piece of furniture, far better than the usual cabinet type tv stand. It is not a bulky piece of furniture that overpowers the room hence the emphasis is on the tv.

Very robust/sturdy - looks good. Very easy for anyone to move around and also easy to twist the angle of the TV screen. I would have ideally liked to put the TV on the wall but after much deliberation I realised I would only then be able to have the living room furniture in one position. As we've drilled holes in each corner of the room for Sky access this stand's ideal as it's easy to move, as it's on wheels, into a different position whenever we choose...
-
Cable management doesn't hide as much as I'd like it too could do with being a bit deeper to include more cables but it does enclosed the four/six gang plug which hides the majority of the ugly thick leads...

When you empty the box, you feel like theres a million parts, I would definately recommend you familiarise yourself with all the parts in advance of attempting anything!! The cable management is adequate enough for a 4 socket extension lead, however a number of my appliances had the bigger 'transformer' type plugs. Until manufacturers limit their cables [i.e. my stereo has two plugs!] you will always struggle to hide the cabels!

Cable management only allows for the small 4-way sockets NOT as often is used with AV equipment the larger surge protection type etc. Takes a fair amopunt of time to build, not complicated but time consuming.
NOT the most sleek and stylish IMHO.
Shelf space *may* be too much for some folks, they do protrude quite a bit from the centre pillar, but I`m being a bit picky there as more shelf space would of course mean larger shelves, DOH.

Once it has been set up this stand is very sturdy, mobile due to the casters and allows easy swiveling of the TV through a wide range. It looks gorgeous in my living room set up with my 46" Sammy.

Package is very heavy so make sure you have it delivered or have some help otherwise if necessary. The TV sits very forward on the stand so you need to have a decent sized room or an alcove to accommodate it.
Not really a bad point - I set up the TV myself - took 3 hours with the kids running about. Key thing is to sort out the screws etc before you start off.

The instructions didn't make it clear that the huge array of screws etc were packaged seperately - it was very diffuclt to be certain at first which were the required fixings for the current step. Cable management is awkward, although looks OK when done. Having a 50" tv on it has meant that it leans forward slightly, the adjustment is insufficient to correct this.

A four leged table would have taken up too much space in my lounge, so the design of this unit is fantastic with its strong central support base. It is a very good compact but spacious stand taking up minimal floor space. The swivel flat screen support bracket is a great additional design feature. Because this stand forms a major focal point complete with my flat screen in my lounge it had to look great and it does.

I think the shelves are a bit wide and this makes the whole stand and tv sit out from the wall. I think it is probably down to the balance of the whole stand, which is obviously crucial. The cable management is not as good as one hoped for but I don't think given the constraints of the narrowness of the central support it could be a lot better. During the assembly the mixture of the bolts was a bit confusing and it would make life a lot easier if each kind of bolts were separately packed and give the title of a, b ,c etc coupled with equivalent labelling in the assembly instructions. Otherwise it was not difficult...

Very difficult to get the tv straight. Had to use wedges to straighten the tv. Could do with a slot near the back of the shelves under which the cables could be managed. Compartment for power supply is too small, would be better with an integrated multi-socket. Would be better if a large 50" TV could be hung higher as the bottom of the tv covers some of the design features and gives limited space for the top shelf. My uncle bought the same stand and has same issues with hanging tv straight.

Excellent good looking piece of kit that amply covers my requirements for an integrated entertaiment centre.

Not convinced about the cable storage. I have 4 pieces of equipment as well as the TV and it is a struggle to contain all the cable involved

The most stable TV stand I've seen. Very robust but with smooth, silent movement. Superbly built & packaged ; everything fits perfectly snug without any need to use force. Just allow 1 to 1.5 hours to build it properly as there are a lot of parts ... but it is worth the effort !

Very easy to set up - takes a bit of time but the build instructions are clear.
The stand looks very stylish. Althought it is heavy and so not easily moved, the stand swivels from side to side so the TV can easily be turned if you wish to adjust the angle at which you view the screen.
In my view an excellent product and we are very glad we found the website and purchased the stand.

The assembly instructions and/or the packets of screws etc were poorly labelled and left too much to conjecture.

A stylish & contemporary stand that would suit a modern house.
The stand can be positioned in a corner or in the middle of a straight walled room. When the stand is positioned in a corner the TV can be turned to the desired viewing position.
Good assembly instructions.
The overall measurements of the stand are large, however, the open shelf design gives the illusion of a smaller stand.
-
Takes considerable amount of time to sort out the nuts and bolts, would be much easier if the nuts & bolts weer packaged in seperate bags and labelled.
The glass panels are too wide and long. Modern day AV units are narrower and don't weigh much, so, no need for big shelves. The wider shelves prevents the stand being pushed flush agains corner walls.
Also, cables from the AV units are visible.

From the moment I assembled it and the new TV was delivered, I have received nothing but compliments about the stand. IT oozes style and fits perfectly into the corner of the front room.

Very Stylish, easy to assemble, excellent value for money, easy to move around even on carpet. Not at all bulky or dark as a table type set-up would be. Surprisingly stable. Very well made. An excellent design. Would be a good idea to have mains sockets built into the cable verical stand, I fitted a 4-way lead in mine.
-
The glass shelves could be narrower front to back to allow the stand to sit nearer to the wall
