+ It is good at drying cotton based fabrics and very good at not creasing items

- It is NOT good at drying synthatics and the instructions that came with it, whilst saying that they are for this model have a completely different list of programs so I am none the wiser as to what half the programs actually do.

+ First- this is not a condenser dryer. It's vented and has the outlet bottom left,bottom right and rear which is great.
It dries much quicker than our last Creda dryer and the settings are simple and clear.
Very easy to use and has a huge drum.

- None so far. Maybe looks a little old fashioned.

+ Very easy to use, plug and play. Lots of easy to use settings dependent on load, fabric etc. Sensors determine how dry the load is - can be left slightly damp for easy ironing. Best tumbler we've had.

+ No timer - stops when clothes are dry so no wasting electric. Prompts you to clean filter.
UK call centre for queries or faults.
Came with 5 year parts and labour warranty (exclusive to curry's)

- Bulb for drum light went within 7 days - however when I rang AEG (UK Call Centre) they sent engineer out to check to make sure that it wasn't an electrical fault as we had only had for such a short time. They came out within 4 days (was over weekend).

Type of Dryer	Vented
Vented dryers have a hose which transfers the waste, damp air out of the machine and through a hole in the wall or a window to the outside. They are less expensive than condenser machines but the hose means they need to be placed by an outside wall. Condenser machines collect the excess water within the machine which can then be emptied after use. They therefore do not need a hose and can be placed anywhere in the house.
