+ Packed full of all the features you need

- Battery life disappointing. Keyboard needs to be "wacked" which is annoying to those of us that can type.

+ Product bought for my son at Uni. Working well so far!! What more can I say!!

+ Colour, Keyboard keys and easy to use

- Heavy, rather 'chunky' and does struggle with complicated or large programmes

+ cheap to purchase built in web cam good hardrive space

- short battery life keys hard to replace when they come off

- Poor battery life, glossy plastic casing looks nice but shows finger prints easily.Not a fan Vista which is pre-loaded. Keyboard not as crisp as i would like it as it keys need a firm tap.

- BATTERY LIFE. NO KEYBOARD USER GUIDE, FOR BEGINNERS

+ Good value for money

- Batery only lasts about 2 hours.

+ very quiet

- touch pad isnt very sensitive
keypad isnt sensitive either, you've got to really hit the keys or it misses out letters whilst your typing
cables are all connected at the side instead of being out of the way at the back

+ good style & starts up very quick

- battery doesnt last very long, and laptop can get very dusty and always needs cleaning.

+ Good size monitor, clear graphics, easy to use keyboard plus easy to keep clean!

- Less USBs than my previous Advent laptop which is a pain. Irritating that all programs pre downloaded are on a 60 or 90 day trial then I have to pay for the real thing!! Still paying out for those programs as each trial period comes to an end.

+ battery life, loading speed

- internet stops responding on regular occasions

- was not offered extra "cover" whwn ordered on internet,,,,,,,still need it

+ Good all round performance for such a low priced machine, does all I require of it.

- Would have preferred more prominent keys on the keyboard but that is personal. While there are headphone and a microphone sockets there is no line in input, but that keeps my dad off itsoperhaps that should go in the 'good points' box. Otherwise the only drawback is the glossy finish...... Shows every mark!

- battery life goes quicker than expected but still good enough for me.
