- No documentation, what does it do? Only 2 USB connectors (a bit penny-pinching)

+ The screen is large and so is great to watch a DVD on. Getting connected to the internet was a breeze. As it was a sold as a re-con, it didn't come with instructions, but I found them on the internet and in any case, the computer guides you through almost anything anyway. I would recommend anyone to look at the re-con models, the spec is great for the same money as a bobby-basic at Comet!

- Battery life is 2 hours, which seems like a long enough time until you're in the middle of something and it dies!

+ Good size screen and built in web cam and overall performance is very good, processor speed is excellent no sluggishness can easily handle multi tasking of several programs including high definition videos and games would recommendtial this laptop to other potential buyers.

- The downside is basically that there is only 2 USB sockets, not good if you have lots of devices to attach via USB as well as the USB sockets being on the right side of laptop which can make it difficult using mouse as keep getting tangled up with USB connector cables. Sometimes built in touch pad has mind of its on by ways of speradically selecting on icons without pressing mouse button, i hear this seems to be a common fault with a lot of laptops hence why i prefer USB mouse more reliable, quicker and easier to use.

- Batery Charger keeps falling out.
Doesn't reconize the wireless adapter without going into BIOS and then device manager

+ I love my new computer, my old one was driving me mad, taking ages to open a page or a site, Because of the RAM on this computer everything is so much faster. It is very user friendly, easy to us even for someone like me who has never used a laptop before.

- Although the size of the screen is wonderful, everything is very easily readable, I find that it is quite heavy. I recently went away for a week and took it with me, I found it very heavy after carrying it for a while, That, as far as I can see is its only downfall,

- Time delay between capital lock and standard is annoying as have to wait to write.

- vista is bad, slowing the computer down. In fact if it had a decent platform this laptop would have been great value for money.
keyboard is awkward as is the single paddle on the mouse.

+ i was very happy with this product, i was glad i was able to get it for the price i did, i think the refurbished products are deffinetely worth buying, i would not have been able to get the type of product for this price other wise

- umm its was hard to find a good laptop case to fit the laptop but other that havnt had any problems so far

+ very sleek look and handles multiple programs easily at speed

- fingerprint regognition bit of a pain but is optional so not really a problem
