+ seems fast and easy to use,

- didnt realise it never had card readers (this would have stopped me buying this perticular model)

+ A well spec'd product at a good price, good size memory, fast, good screen

- Poor quality micrphone and camera, very poor technical support, poor website trying to get to email contact details, poor help desk support, still awaiting to see if probelm fixed or money refunded.
