+ Size of screen, power of processor,

- it gets very warm... very warm

+ great value, good perfomance, good looks.

- configuring blueray to be able to play on tv was awkward.

- Vista and all of the preloaded software. - ther machine is for ever updating itself and trying to give me stuff that I don't really require. suggest that Acer put the full software bundle on the website and allow the purchaser to add to thier machine as required rather than giving all at thwev beginning. Some of the stuff is so embedded that it cannot be removed easily.

- From moment of delivery I had problems!!!! The laptop was running extremely slow from start up there seemed to be alot of cpu usage even when the computer wasnt being used. I had to purchase windows vista 64bit and completely format and start from scratch which seems to have sorted most of the problems.

+ Good quality screen, large hard disk capacity. HDMI output is excellent.

- Performance not as good as expected - PCs never seem to get any faster!

+ Attractive design. Fast processing. Great DVD player

+ Love the sound quality and picture quality whan wayching video over the net. I also like the speed when dealing with several applications at once

- Too much pre installed software, that isn't really needed anyway, plus you need to pay to get many of the apps working permanently.
