+ The fact I have two phones - one for business and the other for personal, organiser, email, web browsing and sat nav in one device so I do not have to carry around three/four devices.

- Battery, Battery, Battery.......! There are few accessories eg Desktop cradle. The second phone not 3g. Sometimes the device or features "locks up" - memory problem?

+ The two sim slots is the reason I bought this phone and v6.1 of Windows Mobile is better than I have found before

- The battery life is pitiful, however, this is mitigated by a patch that Acer supply to improve this and the phone will now last for over 1 day with reasonable use

+ I am really happy with the DX900, smartphone by name and nature. I love the fact that I don't have to carry my work phone, my personal phone and a diary. It's all in one. I have also been able to get my emails too via wireless intranet @ home. The dual sim is really easy to use, they work at the same time, individually or turn them both off and use all the other features. I have dyslexia and Irlen's Syndrome, so the feature that I think is amazing is I can write text with the stylus, making my phone much more accessable for me. I still have alot to play with to find out more it can do, but up to now I love it.

- Bad point is the battery life, as the smartphone does so much I use it alot and battery is important, I have bought an extra charger that I can use in the car to top it up. I would like it if there where more background and I was able to minipulate the colour more to enable me to make it more excessable for me visually.
Other bad points... I haven't had time to find them and not sure I will given time too. I wish I could read the handbooks and info on all it can do but that's not a fault of the actual product it's inaccessable information.
