+ Great value machine. Good screen.

- Not powerful enough to run Windows Vista except very slowly. With the Anti-virus suite installed, the machine was slower than the one I bought the Acer to replace

+ Good price for quality product, easy to install

- Too much bundled software. With a PC having a relatively low amount of ram you don't really want loads of unwanted software taking memory and processing power. It's a bit of a pain having to uninstall it, or stop it running from startup. However with a little time can be configured as required.

+ Good value for money & looks smart

- Now that I have uploaded Norton 360, the computer seems slow and someone has told me its because there are 2 security programs running at the same time, but Im not sure how to get rid of the McAfee.
So really it should come with information that McAfee security is already there to save people from doing the same as me.
Us normal people wishing to have internet access are not all computer wizards you know!!!

+ Stylish case, ample usb connections, 9 instead of the advertised 8, I found the connections on top of the case useful, and there is plenty of room inside to upgrade components. it has a very quiet fan.

- Although the one I purchased was a refurbished model, I was surprised to see a deep dent in the bottom of the case. There are not Four memory slots as advertised, but only Two! even after adding more memory it is very slow. I have updated all the drivers,but I am informed I have not got the latest radeon driver. I cannot get any game whatsoever to load, Overall I am disappointed with it,and would never buy another one.

+ very quiet, you wouldn't even know it was on, having 9 usb ports is good.

- all the rubbish that's preloaded it takes roughly an hour to remove, that's after one and a half to load it up, then put your own programmes on.

+ Good package for the price, in excellent condition despite being a recon

- Only 1Gb ram. Comes with trial McAfee software. If this had been advertised as part of the package I wouldn't have bought anti virus software

+ reliable. Looks neat. Plenty of different ports on the front panel and loads of USB ports, all easily accessible. Fairly quiet when in operation.

- Wireless network card antenae had broken off. Fixed it myself as it seemed too trivial to ring up customer service and be charged for the phonecall.
