+ i love the large screen very clear and great graphics. great processor.

- the mouse pad is very sensitive and you often touch it while typing and it causes hard work, would be better with a smaller pad or moving slightly to one side.

- Clearly it wasn't properly tested prior to being released for general sale as there was growing number of problems arising on a daily basis. (it was a refurbished laptop)

- sometimes after shutting the lid it will not come out of sleep mode....i have hold the power button down to switch off and the turn back on to which it ask me if i want safe mode.
the laptop says 'ready for output to hdtv' for which i expected an hdmi port but not so.....don't know if its missed off or if i have to connect another way.
