+ It has an inbuilt microphone and web cam in it
- When I purchased it I had to download a lot of patches to get certain things running on VISTA , I would hope that microsoft have rectified these problems now with its updatesespececially when two of the patches were for 1. Windows Live Messenger and the inbuilt webcam

- I don't particularly like the screen - which has more grey when in Word and other applications than other laptops and LCD computer screens I have used.
