+ Its easy to use and has lots of features. Though i've always wanted a phone for the basics - easy to use, calls, messages and basic organiser - i've never found a phone with so many features on such a great package

- It may be a one off rather than a standard with this phone model but my phone seems to have a habit of saying "inactive" sim and turning itself off when i receive messages at the moment

+ the phone is a nice phone that is easy to use having only had nokias for the last ten years it was easy to pick up the menus

- the battery doesn't last long also the screen scrathes easily

+ My son likes the design of the phone and the quality of the sound.

- i bought this phone for my 13year old son, he complains that the battery goes too soon and he is always knocking the button for the web.

+ Its small, compact and easy to use, also when you add a new contact and forget to press save it prompts you to save before quitting that function so you do not have to repeat the process again.

- The battery life is shorter than other phones I've had in the past, also when i get my phone out to use sometimes its on text messages asking me if i want to send the message so obviously the keypad lock is not a good as it could be.
