+ Large but light, easy to use. Ecellent zoom, image stabilisation is very effective and no problems with low light levels. I use it mostly in fully automatic mode and have not been disappointed yet.

- Phsical size I guess but well worth enduring this for what you get for your money

+ A superb camera with a 2.8 Leica stabilised lens that provides excellent images right down to 1/30 second hand held.

- Takes a proprietry battery, requires hi-speed SD card to use the burst mode, only 16mb card is supplied.

+ The Panasonic FZ20 has a superb Leica zoom lens and an excellent image stability function, with more than enough manual adjustments to play with, when set on program mode and you manage to take a bad picture " don't know how you could with this camera " its so easy and quick to preview and delete the image, having a hotshoe is a big plus, when the lens hood is fitted it looks a very impressive camera indeed.

- Let me think Hmmmm ! Oh yes just one, if you switch the camera off before replacing the lens cap and with the lens hood fitted you need pianist long fingers to get it back on again, other than this the bad points for me would be zero.
