+ Light and easy to handle. Very easy to store. Can be cleaned very quickly - particularly like the dust container and the warning about not touching the button to release the dust container whilst you carry the appliance.

- the metal pieces from the hose to the heads is very badly designed, you cannot lock into a particular length. It keeps shortening when in use
