+ Overall I have found this product to be extremely usefull for the purpose for which it was purchased. It is light , compact and very easy to use.

- The only criticism I have about the product is that there is no internal disc drive and so if I want to put any software on I have to find a workaround which is not too onerous a problem.

+ the laptop is small and compact and can fit in my bag not heavy and because i have the minicard its better then a dongle i am very happy , i just need to buy a external harddrive and a small printer

- some things on some programs i cannott get like facebook chat the laptop dont reconise it its a shame because i like to talk to friends on line and i would like to download music and films from my laptop
