+ The clam shell design and overall appearance, the crystals give it a very feminine quality.
- The navigation keys - if you want to press the centre to select etc it can be a hit or miss whether you accidentally press left or right instead, which can be annoying.

+ Neat, white (easy to locate in bag) flip phone.
- Screen saver and backgrounds make text difficult to read, user instructions ASSUME understanding of mobile technology. Keeps moving back to predictive texting necessitating resetting.

- Can't hear when ringing. Pointless as a phone if you can't hear when a call comes in. Returned it and got money back.

- there is no delivery report . the signal is really bad at home .it plays the music when it feels like it . you charge to connect to customer services.
