+ Very easy to use and clean as most parts go inthe dishwasher. Heats up quickly and basket is a good size. All parts can be store inside when not in use. Used for tempura, which meant having to have the lid off and I'm still in one piece so it wasn't too dangerous! Cooks really quickly and having a timer is great.
- Not always easy to see through the window how things are cooking.

+ an excellent frier very easy to clean love the way it comes apart. keeps the temperature very well and dose not burn the oil like some friers. very good value for money. the last frier i bought lasted 6 months and then the handle fell apart and it burnt the oil if kept it on while not cooking
