+ It has slots long enough to fit bread in... not common believe it or not! Also can put 2 slices in independently.

- Although the toaster has two levers to put the toast in they both go down together and you end up heating all 4 elements to toast two slices of bread. A totally misleading feature of the toaster - why bother putting two levers on it?

+ It makes excellent toast, accepts thick slices and 1/2 hot cross buns and it looks good as well.

+ Sleek, good looks. Easy to use crumb removal trays.

- Small slot size (width) makes it difficult to fit toaster bags in slots, but normal toast is no problem atall.

- It's a bit light; a heavier model would be more robust and less likely to shift about the work surface

+ design solidness and metal shiny finish- have had one before which lasted about 4 years
