+ I had already bought a present for my niece from the Peppa Pig range and it was so well received I looked for something similar for my daughter. This playset was great value and my 3 and 5 year old both really enjoy playing it and make up lots of imaginative stories with it. From my point of view there are not too many little bits to get lost and it's lovely bright colours without being tacky. Recommended for 2 to 5 years old.

- very easily broken as the floor does not fit if you have closed the door correctley. i find it difficult to do it correctly every time , so i think our 3 year old doesn't get it right !
