+ Great little phone, jam packed with features, had initial problems setting it up but is really useful. I have family in USA and the email facility is perfect for keeping in touch.

+ lovely girly phone. pretty pink design makes it fun and interesting. good for a buisness women who does not want to have to use a masculine looking blackberry.

- sometimes the navigation ball stops working and you have to buy a memory card for it if you like to take lots of picture or videos on your phone.

+ All of the features you can find on most phones ie: music player, camera ect are just as good IF not better... the email Im still not getting along with which is bothering me some.

- Its incredibly difficult to use, Im still struggling with it even though I've had it for two months.

- SureType is a bit touch and go, sometimes gets the word you dont want
Doesnt support Japanese alphabet, so emails come out like ??????? when I receive something from Japan
Battery on the Sat Nav model doest last nearly as long as the original non sat nav 8110

+ The phone looks very sophisticated and it comes with a leather pouch. There is easy access onto facebook and you can register your exising e-mail account onto the phone. Overall it's a good buy.

- Battery life isn't that good. The phone is complicated to use at first but you do get used to it.

+ I bought the phone for two reasons: (a) I can use it in overseas countries where other UK mobile phones can't be used. However, it's not perfect as it can't be used in Cape Verde, and (b) it has functionality that I'm looking for i.e. e-mail; mobile phone; small enough to put in my pocket - albeit that a number of other suppliers provide phones with these characteristics.

- The cost. I believe the entire UK mobile phone market is rigged and that mobile phones should be a fraction of the price they are. I believe it's only a question of time until vastly cheaper suppliers break into the market and drive prices down e.g. skype phones (which are virtually free) or third world suppliers (mobile phones in India cost a fraction of UK ones).

Case that comes with phone is leather and it is ingenious,as you slide the phone in the screen automatically turns off and comes on when you take the phone out.Make sure you have the screen is facing towards the blackberry logo embossed on the case MAGIC !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

+ At last being able to access two email accounts on the same device wherever I am. Also excellent picture quality makes for easy reading.

- Camera comes on unbidden when taken out of holster which can be irritating. Also menu screen indicates two unopened messages when there are none - haven't got to the bottom of that one yet.

+ Love the ease of use, great to be able to receive email immediately, and as a result of the organiser I have been able to ditch my diary!

+ Kudos of brand name, when you say its name people are impressed. ( that havnt had one ) a bit like a lot of upmarket cars, till you drive them.

- Where do I start? Unresponsive to other phones. all there is for set up is a wizard that you have keep going through like groundhog day. Sorry this is depressing me!

+ Easy to text on, once you find out how! Very easy to use! Good battery life and a simple screen to use.

- Doesn't sync very well to other phones via bluetooth, in fact, it doesn't do it at all.
