+ It is so easy to use...... in go the ingredients and out come a scrummy loaf of bread.Problem is it doesn't last long in this house.

+ Great results everytime. I've not had one bad loaf!
- You have to be there to take it out of the maker as soon as it is finished. Or else it sweats and the bread can become soggy.

+ Having tried other breadmakers, where this one rates higher is in the superior texture of the bread. Others can turn out a loaf that has a 'heavy' homemade texture. Where the Panasonic wins is in the fabulously light and fluffy loaf it produces. This is due to the extra long cycle that allows extra proving time resulting in a lighter loaf. 4 hours to make a normal white loaf but boy, is it worth the wait.
- Only thing I don't like is the shape of the loaf it turns out - making it a bit tricky to cut slices. It makes a really tall but short loaf, so you get huge tall slices but not many of them. A normal 'large' loaf turns out about 7" by 7". If they made the tin a different shape, i.e. longer instead of taller you could have 'normal' size slices but more of them, which I would prefer.

+ The product is versatile, but the best bread depends on the ingredients. The machine saves going out to buy fresh.
