+ Very quick once you learn how to use it. Takes minutes to iron/press clothes.
- Initially takes a while to learn how to use propery. Plates can get very hot so easy to get burnt if not very careful

- Stand support is difficult to fold shelf as the holes the shelf fits into are very tight.

+ Lightweight/easy to store and carry. Informative DVD made first use easy. Very effective results. Press down for just a few seconds and it's crease free. Large plates reduce ironing time to a minimum. Sheets/duvet covers etc are no longer a chore to be avoided. Buy one, it's good. I don't mind doing the ironing now
- Unless you can leave it set up, it's not worth getting out for one item as it takes a while to heat up and cool down. It would be easier to use if the upper plate could be raised higher as it is difficult to feed larger items through the back without burning yourself, which I did several times to begin with. The water container is not removable and has to be emptied by pressing the steam button. Easier if it would just pull right out

+ Ease of use, and quickly finish the ironing. It's GREAT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- It is a pitty the press does not open up a little bit more, I have burnt my hand twice allready.

+ it does the ironing in no time at all and it is easy to use as it is better than an iron
- it doesn't open far enough also you burn your hands sometimes if not careful

+ Ability to sit and iron. Very good at most types of clothes. shirts take a little geting used to.
- A bit fiddley to put on stand. storeage of units as they are large.
