+ Good points are big handsets with good range for the garden.Very easy to use and great answering service .You can also get messages when you are away from home by remote.An emergency button too if you need help.Hundreds of spaces for your contacts VERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY.

+ Bought for an elderly father, the handsets are clear and easy to use.
They look good and were great value for money.
SOS facility very reassuring although (thankfully) not yet used.

- Reception from the main unit to the handsets is patchy and the range is also in consistent if thick walls are in the way.
Disappointing to not be able to copy phonebook entries to other handsets without re-entry.
Handset speaker volume is limited.

+ LARGE NUMBERS AND HANDSET EASY TO HOLD ,RING IS NICE AND LOUD

- VERY SOFT HEARING ON OPEN PHONE NOT EASY FOR MY HUSBAND TO HEAR OR THE HANDSET, HOWEVER i HAVE TRIED TO INCREASE THE SOUND IT WILL NOT GO ANY LOUDER FOR HIM.

- Caller display doesn't work.

+ Love the SOS button as I have a disability and it is nice to have a corded handset as a backup to the handsfree. it is easy to intercome and transfer calls between them. they have a good range and batery life.

- the phone books have to be manually added to each phone. Wuld be nice to have a texting option.
