- "Dribbles" dirty liquid when finished. Not very effective at cleaning carpets. No good for stairs or awkward places.

+ This product is fantastic I've been recommending it to everyone! I have arthritis in my hands, shoulders, back and hips and it's so light and easy to use. I was quite surpised that it cleaned my carpet so well at such an economical price. The patch in the carpet I've cleaned was extremely heavilt soiled and now theres not a trace and i actually have a blue carpet!!!! I haven't yet found anything bad about it to be honest.

- None what-so-ever!

+ Takes water up from carpets easily

- Too cumbersome to use, pedal at the bottom for cleaning fluid difficult to use, have to use a lot of energy to clean the carpet and not brilliant results.
