Good quality product, will last for years, and the children love everything about it.

the pack was very heavy, not really suitable for one person to move. (could be packed in 2 boxes) and the assembly was a little fiddly, you need slender fingers.

Flexible, open to imagination. They go around it and then and across, they play igloo... Keeps kids active and busy for a while. For longer, actually, than the sophisticated frame on the playground. I think every child as part of their development should climb and hang like a monkey, and try all sorts of thing with their bodies. This frame allows it.

Need two strong boys to move it to cut the grass underneath

Several children can use the frame at the same time. It has been space rocket, igloo, house etc.good to develope imagination.

Could be a little taller enabling the older children to swing upside down as well. Quite a few bumped heads until everyone remembered to duck!

All the adverts were in Red however the frame on arrival was yellow.
The nuts and bolts can get very fiddly especially towards the end of the build as they are at much greater angles.

solid design, good for a wide age group, doesn't feel like it takes over the garden

They do a plastic one in america I fancied because this one is very heavy to move when mowing the lawn. Having an extra climbing cube on the top would have made it perfect as my daughter would like to be able to do a turnover over one of the bars but the triangle shape although safe makes this difficult.

traditional type of frame (metal) never did me any hrm growing up!! honest. hopefully rust free due to painted finish so dont need to worry about leaving it outside, pretty much idiot proof to assemble, a-b b-c etc all labeled, very sturdy, took approx 45 mins to assemble, although i did cheat by using a cordless drill with adapter!!! knocks slips and bumps are realistic but will build character!!!!!
-
think it should have been alittle higher as when the kids hang upside down inside it, or outside of it they risk hitting there heads.

Excellent product, heavy duty, well built and easy to construct. Both of my kids ( 4 & 7) love it and it has become a favorite with their friends too. Can be used for simply climbing on or also doubles as a den with a cover over it. Looks amazing in the garden a bit like a space ship has landed. Great purchase.

Great climbing frame, very easy to put together, 2 of us took 2.5hrs to put together. Longest part was tightening bolts! Came in yellow, and one large box but the delivery men carried around back and put in back garden for me. My children and there freinds have already have lots of fun with it already! They also put blankets ect on it and use as a den.
-
Could be a little bigger and higher as know when boys grow a bit more they won't be able to swing from it and they only 2 and 3 years old now. Could also be done with putting into 2 boxes because of the weight! Apart from that can't see any bad points.

The construction was straightforward, I recommend building the whole thing loose, then tightening up afterwards. No real cause for confusion, only a couple of tube lengths and joint types. I used an electric screwdriver with an allen key fitting. This saved a LOT of time.

Due to the curvature of the tube where the fixing nut goes, the tube spanner only just fits. A shaped washer under the nut would have made the tube spanner fit better.

Bought as birthday present for our 4yr old, arrived that day and my husband built it while the party was going on with LOTS of help from the kids. They were so eager for it to be built and for them to play on it. It was really good the kids all loved it and there was about 6 or 7 on at one time which I think was just right. But its good for the imagination it can be lots of things like tent, castle, house whatever and he sits in it and plays with his other toys.
-
Our 4 yr old in an only child and he doesn't enjoy it as much when he is on his own. He likes when he has friends round and they play on it a lot.

The appropriate part number was shown on each piece of the frame which simplified the building process. A few additional nuts and bolts were included in the kit to cater for any dropped and lost during the building process. The fitting instructions were clear apart from the item below. The completed frame is very sturdy and the kids love it.
-
I had already completed the bottom layer of the frame when I read that the nuts and bolts should not be tightened until the whole frame is assembled and I had to loosen each nut and bolt before I could continue. It would have been useful if the instructions had highlighted this point in large letters at the very beginning.

A good sturdy frame when built. Also makes a good igloo with the right covering.

Took well over 4 hours for me to erect it on my own. Allen key and spanner supplied were a bit fiddly.
Too much trouble to take down for the winter. Hope it survives the weather ok.
