I do not blame Tesco. There service has always been superb. It is the supplier that I would never buy from again.

I ordered 2 different sets of Magnext and got 2 of the same. Phoned up to explain problem and another one was reordered. I went back down to store couple days later and done the swap.

Would have liked to have been able to pick up from my local Tesco Lee Mill rather than have to travel to Roborough store to pick up, this seemed a waste of journey when I know local store had the television. Had to order online to use the BNPL option.

I ordered this item, and when I went in to collect it on the date specified in the order the lady told me it had been lost. When I questioned why I hadn't been informed and saved from making my hour-long journey to collect it, she had no answer just aplologies. I was then told if I still wanted the item (which was at an unbeatable price) I had to re-order it there and then and come and collect it the following week. No refund was offered for the original and I had to pay upfront again for the new order. I then had to contect the customer services myself and was told my refund would be prossessed in a few days. I was double the item cost down at this point so not happy! Eventually the store rang to say the new item had been delivered and when I received the item I couldn't fault it! Pity about the service, I will not be using Tesco Direct again in a hurry!!!
