Customer service was helpful in getting the item returned. Unfortunately I was sent another set which I did not accept. Fortunately the matter was resolved the item was returned safely.

The item was delivered to the wrong store, the counter staff lied about when it would be re-delivered to the correct store, when I went to the store (for the second time) the item still was not there. The staff member (Stefan) who was supposed to be dealing with the issue was rude, obstructive & positively unhelpful. Following the intervention of the store manager, I received a refund, went into PC World, and bought the item at a significantly lower price. This was my first purchase from Tesco Direct, and will be my last.

The delivery men arrived two hours earlier than the time given by customer services and I had just put a wash load on my old machine and was at my daughter's swimming lesson. Luckily the very kind men waited for me and drained my old machine (as I had paid for it to be taken away). Thank-you. Maybe the customer services should make sure they get the time slots accurate.

The only problem I had was the box was battered, it looks like it had been dropped. So as soon as it arrived we made it up to make sure there was no damage to the trike.

if you want most update laptop with only small budget i highly recommend this laptop as its features and software are really good value for money
