I do not blame Tesco. There service has always been superb. It is the supplier that I would never buy from again.

I ordered this item, and when I went in to collect it on the date specified in the order the lady told me it had been lost. When I questioned why I hadn't been informed and saved from making my hour-long journey to collect it, she had no answer just aplologies. I was then told if I still wanted the item (which was at an unbeatable price) I had to re-order it there and then and come and collect it the following week. No refund was offered for the original and I had to pay upfront again for the new order. I then had to contect the customer services myself and was told my refund would be prossessed in a few days. I was double the item cost down at this point so not happy! Eventually the store rang to say the new item had been delivered and when I received the item I couldn't fault it! Pity about the service, I will not be using Tesco Direct again in a hurry!!!

Be careful to order the right colour ! The photgraph which went with the model showed a white one but it was silver when delivered!

I ordered a blind as well and 4 days later it was still missing and eventually gave up trying to get it delivered and got a refund.The courier has not done a good job on behalf of Tesco and i had to go to my catalogue to get a blind instead.

I arranged for the product to be delivered to a Tesco superstore approx 5 miles from home, as I am out during the day. When I collected it the wrong item had been sent ( a steamer). After much to do Tesco did give me a £5 voucher for the incovenience and arranged to re-order it for me. They said I could have it sent to any address at no extra cost due to the incoveniece, we agreed to this but at the end of the transaction we were told it would need to be collected from the store and they couldn't go back and change it (even though they had offered it to us) so this necessated a further trip to the store (more inconvenience) I am hoping that this was a one off occurrence (or should that be 2)

Order was delivered to store a day late and I had purposefully made the 10 mile round trip to the store to collect on the day I was told it would be in store. I emailed Customer Services and didn't even get a response.

I was told it was in store but hen I went to collect it it wasn't. It arrived the next day in store but there was no invoice or reciept. However I phoned your customer services and it was sent to me immediatley.
