The information in the catalogue and on line was wrong which resulted in the sofa being too large to get into my house despite making sure all measurements were ok. Mine was the 3rd problem. I didn't even get a phone call from customer services just an email saying my money had been refunded, despite the fact that I am now without any sofa as I had got rid of my old one and the new one wouldn't fit - not very impressed!!!!
