Regarding online instructions atTesco, they do not make it clear about the topup of tesco sims, for example it was almost impossable to make any real progress to topup online at tescomobiles.com, also at your store in Pontyclun, the assistant had little idea of the topup procedure, and stated that you can only topup via a credit card, which seemed rather strange. I was also told that the extra credit [£15 topup = £45 credit] no longer applies, which was totally incorrect. Maybe you should be asking your staff to take some basic questionnaires regarding how to topup a tesco sim.

I cannot make any comments on the product as you did not deliver it to me, and when I contacted customer services was told it was out of stock and they didn't know when it would be back in stock.

excellent service and VERY helpful delivery men, had originally ordered one from CURRY'S but after a lot of carrying and mucking around from CURRY'S went onto TESCO website and found this, I have to say thank you Curry's because this machine is much better than the one I had originally ordered from yourselves so you did me a favour!!

I bought this product from TescoDirect and would most definately use them again. Their service was equal to none. The delivery day I selected was confirmed right down on time to the driver contacting me to say within 2 hours and was he here within the first half hour of that time. It was carefully brought in, unpacked and all the packaging plus my old washer taken away. Can't beat it.

The delivery experience was not good. Ordered online late Mon night, website said that average delivery was 2/3 days. Did say that it might be 1 or 2 days more for N Ireland. Machine finally arrived the following Tuesday, after an unanswered email, 2 calls to customer servs, and a call to the courier. AT no point did the order status change on the website at all. The customer agents reacted as if Belfast was the other end of the world and that should explain any delay! If I had known it would take so long I'd not have chosen this method of purchase - no reflection on the product.

The product did not turn up when advised my the e-mail confirmation but no one notified me of this, they product still was not in store when expected the following day and agin no one notified me to advise me this was the case ! Seemed a bit bad in respect of an easy e-mail or call to advise of a new expected delivery date.
