Probably should send this product with a UK style plug on the mains charger or include an adapter. Or else maybe you should not include the mains charger as in any case most people will charge from the USB cable supplied.

Item stated in stock when ordered (and queried on this before ordering), but it clearly was not available as promised. Would not have been ordered if website and emails had been truthful. Delivered late. Missing charger when delivered. Staff courteous and helpful but took a long time for charger to be sent - and then it was the wrong one. This is still ongoing.

I've bought a couple of items from PurelyGadgets. They're excellent in term of keeping having accurate stock levels on their site, keen pricing and prompt delivery. They are also based in the UK, not a US or Chinese dealer using a .co.uk web address

Given the price tag for delivery, it was outrageous that I had to wait 7 days before the camera was delivered. I had to contact customer services TWICE to find out where the product was, given that the money had been taken from my bank account the day after I placed the order. The online tracker information was nothing short of useless. Very poor service. However, the product was in excellent condition WHEN it finally arrived.
