Couldn't accept first delivery time - during conversation girl on delivery section stated things like: if I wanted a specific delivery time I should have brought from a store; most people ask a neighbour to take delivery - I live on a new estate and my first experience with a neighbour was not a good one - conversation did not go well particularly has I objected having to explain myself - also (I now know) misinformed of procedure when can't accept delivery time and date given. I rang after a week to ask when my machine would be delivered - gentleman stated it was marked down for tomorrow (I had no idea) - received a text later that day with delivery time and date - waited in - no one called - rang back logistic company to be told my order had been cancelled - on this note I would make a guess that the first girl I spoke to cancelled this (although no proof). Lady on this occasion was nice and arranged delivery for two days after they failed to arrive. Machine good but particular representatives of delivery company could ultimately lose you money.

Electric shop were late in delivery. They .dd not answer my E mail queries and ttelephone was apparently not in use so I was told.. This was a bit worrying . I suspected a fraud !!! . It did eventually arrive but only after I had contacted credit card company with a view to recovering my money.

Really pleased that they had noted that HGV's can't access our lane. It's also good to receive the phone call to arrange delivery. The fridge arrived at about 8.00 a.m. which meant we didn't have to wait in.

The electric shop were absolutely fantastic. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rang to tell us when to expect delivery. Delivery men rang on the day of delivery to give us a time of delivery, they arrived on time and were most helpful. Rang customer services to check on free 5 yr warranty, they were very polite and efficient. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends. 10/10

Delivery was free from this retailer, so I didn't expect it to arrive quickly, and it didn't... In fact, it took 2.5 weeks to arrive. Worst thing was that a delivery appointment was made for a week earlier so I took time off work and stayed at home the whole day and nothing arrived! When I phoned customer services they couldn't help because it was with the delivery company. When the product did finally arrive, the delivery company dropped the dishwasher because the packaging broke. Obviously I was worried this would have damaged the dishwasher but it's working great so far.

When ordering the product the web site stated it was in stock. 5 - 7 days delivery time expected, however, no email or contact was recieved from the company after 5 days, I contacted the customer service who confirmed they were awaiting stock and it could be upto 2 weeks delay, they contacted me apologising that the website was wrong on stock, and gave me a delivery date. It arrived 2 days earlier and they kept me informed on recieved and dispatch dates. Minor hiccup, looks great, at this price an absolute bargain. (Currys,Comet and B&Q £1000 or just under.)
