Initial order, delivery was 7-10 days this grew & grew after 7 weeks I was informed this would be at least 11 weeks, so I sorced it elswere whom had it in stock with 3 day delivery and I saved my self £60. I appreciate one is in suppliers hands and Electricshop were let down.

I hardly like to blame the retailer who delivered promptly, but it was disappointing to find a fault in the oven, ie a faulty seal within a month

Constantly had to ring to ask where product was, said they were going to deliver on several different dates, both my son and I had 3 days off work in total. Would not purchase from this retailer or recommend.

I brought three of the TV's and one of them arrived with a big scratch on it. I contacted customer services and advised them of this but because I did not open the TV's within three days of receiving them they refused to change the TV, hence I am left with a TV with a big scratch on it.
