It is not possible to elaborate good/bad points as it was a present delivered directly,so I have never seen it. The recipient says it was excellent and far better than expected. Your web site and service were both excellent. Delivery arrangements could not be faulted.

I contacted Jessops and explained what had happened for which I take some responsibility for not checking the fittings. The person to whom I spoke was very helpful and offered to change the lens for a similar one or refund. I decided to hang onto the lens until I buy the D7.

Jessops need to monitor their prices closer to their competition and be more competitve. This lens was at a good price hence my purchase. On previous occassions I have checked the Jessop price & found them to be more expensive and have made a purchase elsewhere.

Delivered late but in perfect condition. Next day delivery was a major sticking point, the website gives you a particular delivery date but by customer services own admission it is very misleading, hence the late delivery. Customer service was next to useless but I would purchase again through the retailer out of neccessity... they do keep a large and varied range of stock.
