Jessops have always been an excellent retailer to deal with both on-line and in-store. I wouldn't buy anywhere else.

Your web side took my order and next day I received all of the order EXCEPT the camera. Only to find out the next day it was out of stock. When I phoned to enquire was told i wolud get it delivered in few days. Three days later no sign of the camera . Phoned again and told an order from Panasonic was due on the Monday. Phoned Phoned on Monday PM to be told that they still did not have the camera. I then asked if they could maybe get one out of one od their stores as they all seemed to have them in stock, this was agreed Jesseps would do this. Finally seven days I received the camera. I pointed out I could have gone to the nearest camera shop and walked out the door that day with it.Some work seems to me be needed in organising your web busines.

Be nice to have a code whereby I can get the same type of discounts on line as I do a the Jessops shop in Cambridge as when I want a lot of paper I have to travel 85 miles to get to the shop.

It is not possible to elaborate good/bad points as it was a present delivered directly,so I have never seen it. The recipient says it was excellent and far better than expected. Your web site and service were both excellent. Delivery arrangements could not be faulted.

I contacted Jessops and explained what had happened for which I take some responsibility for not checking the fittings. The person to whom I spoke was very helpful and offered to change the lens for a similar one or refund. I decided to hang onto the lens until I buy the D7.

Jessops need to monitor their prices closer to their competition and be more competitve. This lens was at a good price hence my purchase. On previous occassions I have checked the Jessop price & found them to be more expensive and have made a purchase elsewhere.
