Jessops have been absolutely fantastic whenever I have been in touch with them. Responses via email are very fast and delivery was also quicker than I expected. The sales advisors in the shop are really friendly and helpful.

The digital photo frame actually arrived 2 days before the e-mail saying that it had been dispatched!!

mr jessops get better goods you need to go up market more and shake off high street image i know how to sell but theres more to business than profit (image) jessops is a good business but old ideas just like m/s.

I received terrible service with this purchase. The product was purchased as a gift 8 days before a birthday and the site said it was in stock. After a few days I received some free prints package but no camera so called to see what was happening and was told its not in stock but would be in a couple of days and will likely arrive on the day of the birthday. A day after the birthday i called again to be told its still not in stock. Then a few days later I received a message saying there were payment issues with my purchase. So I called again to inform you that the payment was processed a week and a half earlier on my credit card (I can see on the statement). I then called approx every 2 days to see whats happening with the order and was constantly being told its about to be dispatched or there's a payment issue. Finally about 3 or 4 weeks after I ordered I finally told jessops i am cancelling the order as many other stores have it in stock (I chose jessops because I thought due to size you would be reliable). A couple of hours later I was told they had figured out the issue (something to do with only one system having the jessop payment error fixed and not the warehouse system) and it was shipped to me. I must have called 10 times to get this simple order processed and I dont intend to ever purchase from Jessops again.

This product has never been received!!! I paid for overnight delivery, yet it was attempted to be delivered more than a week later - AFTER I had left the country for Africa. I have yet to receive any reply to my letter regarding this matter. Obviously I am EXTREMELY dissapointed with the whole disasterous experience.

Fair play to Jessops for one thing at least. I did not expect to be asked to provide feedback for this purchase as it can only be described as a catalogue of incompetence and ineptitude from start to finish. The customer experience was not one I would like to repeat and I would hope that Jessop's are at least using it as an example of how not to serve their valued customers.

Jessops have always been an excellent retailer to deal with both on-line and in-store. I wouldn't buy anywhere else.

Your web side took my order and next day I received all of the order EXCEPT the camera. Only to find out the next day it was out of stock. When I phoned to enquire was told i wolud get it delivered in few days. Three days later no sign of the camera . Phoned again and told an order from Panasonic was due on the Monday. Phoned Phoned on Monday PM to be told that they still did not have the camera. I then asked if they could maybe get one out of one od their stores as they all seemed to have them in stock, this was agreed Jesseps would do this. Finally seven days I received the camera. I pointed out I could have gone to the nearest camera shop and walked out the door that day with it.Some work seems to me be needed in organising your web busines.
