Well I was advised it was out of stock and would receive within 7 days and you would process my payment. I then got a further e-mail 7 days latter saying the same thing. The phone arrived 16 days in total which was a little annoying but the phone arrived, was a great price and arrived in good condition

I've used Mobiles.co.uk for 3 years now on two contracts and they have been fast at processing my new contract. Both contracts involved cashback payments and whilst the cashback has been paid out within the time period, on several occasions, the online upload for bills hasn't worked and I've had to send via recorded delivery to the postal address which is costly and time consuming and makes me suspicious that this is a stalling tactic, adding in one extra barrier to prevent a successful cashback claim. It leaves a bitter taste in the mouth so if they sorted this out, I'd feel more confident in recommending them to a friend.
